Gorenje washing machine breakdown 12 weeks !
- - Bought Gorenje WM Aug 2013; worked for about 7 weeks.
- - 5-year warranty; engineer attended for motor failure.
- - By Jan 13, 2014, still no WM.
Bought a Gorenje wm in August 2013, fine for 7 weeks then the problems began ...
5 yr warranty !
Fantastic I thought .. Called them to arrange for someone to have a look, engineer came couple of days after call , motor failure - 6 weeks later yes , 6 ! Motor arrived with the engineer and was fitted , lasted about 1 minute and died whilst engineer was here, so , new motor board ordered , two weeks later , board came with engineer (23rd dec) fitted part and voila !
A useful piece of metal exists in my kitchen again ! Day after Boxing Day - bad news, same fault as before :( , called once again for engineer to come and diagnose yet another motor issue,
Here we are , 13th January 2014 still no wm and very very very red faced, next step is legal as supplier is as much use as a chocolate tea pot ....
