Still same problrm. See our previous nites. Tried your suggestions, no fix. Cant edit trip guide to move waypoints around.

No complaint. Great product. Need valid phone number tho, their website number is incorrect. Just need clarification on editing trip format. Though they could make it easier for phone contact.

Requested cancelation with 24 hours

Requested Road Trippers cancelation, expecting refund of auto debit which requires notify within 24 hours. Rt responded with delay and not find account under name. They know the name to bill but couldn't find it to cancel. Will not allow auto debit next year, waste of money and time.

User's recommendation: Avoid getting trapped with auto renewal.
