Sold me a car with AT LEAST 15 issues. It isnt even driveable. He had it delivered to me. Now, he wont answer my texts or calls

Ad said car was in good condition & EVERYTHING was in working condition. Told me no warning lights were on. 4 are on one being engine. Car is making horrible rubbing sound. He wont even answer now, or try to do right by me. Im giving him a week& then, filing a lawsuit.
