Ad said car was in good condition & EVERYTHING was in working condition. Told me no warning lights were on.

4 are on one being engine. Car is making horrible rubbing sound.

He wont even answer now, or try to do right by me. Im giving him a week& then, filing a lawsuit.

I have a couple of bad used car dealer experiences in my past and I was afraid of making another mistake. I did my research online and decided to call to get more information on a few vehicles.

I looked for a FJ Cruiser Lifted and couldn’t find the right one except at Roadsters auto. I went and checked the SUV in person it was beautiful, clean and ready for test drive.

Everybody there made their best to help me and get me satisfied. I bought the truck over 3 month from now and it was really a very good experience.

I recommend everyone who’s trying to buy a clean pre-owned car to check with these guys before because im 100% they will be taking care of everybody like they did with me. Thanks

I purchased a 2008 GMC Savanna Conversion Van ONLINE. To be honest, I was a little scared to pay my money through a ONLINE sale but I regret that I was scared from such good people with good service.

I called and they gave me a great deal with a great quote shipping. They even provided me extended warranty for 2 year plan with a very good price. They FaceTime me about an hour showed and explained everything for the van. A lot of people told me just go there in person but I couldn't based on my work and time.

I took the risk and bought it online.

I received my van within the expected date and it was in a perfect condition as the pictures and description. I do want to thank roadsters auto and everybody who took care of me.

1-2 hours after making our deposit we read more ROADSTERS AUTO reviews online and noticed many customers did not received their vehicles in as good a working condition as advertised. We could not afford to take this risk with our vehicle purchase and quickly asked for our damage deposit to be returned, or at least part of our deposit back.

The company was very adamant they do not return any deposits due to ebay listing fees. Our deposit was $500 and we were disappointed to leave behind the entire balance with Roadsters, though it was a valuable lesson and less expensive than a broken down vehicle would been.

We would like any future customers to be aware of both the policy, and the significant amount of poor vehicle reviews online before they hastily make their deposits as we did. Stay safe out there.

I am furious as I write this review. They take elaborate photos of vehicle as though it's a high end dealership but when you arrive it's just the opposit.

They advertise the vehicle to be in Excellent condition. So we took it on a brief test drive it ran fine. So we agreed to purchase it. Oh and supposedly it came with a 3month/4500 miles warranty.

So we paid for the vehicle $13500. So we left the lot and drive about 20miles then we stopped to fuel up and the car begin to run hot. I immediately called Saleen the owner or whatever you want to call him. He answered and swore he new nothing about any issues about with car.

So we stayed at the gas station and tried to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail. So we called a wrecker paid $125 out of pocket to have it towed back to the car lot. The next morning I called my bank and put a hold on the check until this issue was resolve. So he claims his mechanics work tirelessly to put a new water pump and thermostat on the car.

So a few days later we drove 3.5 hrs back to Houston to get the car. Before we left the parking lot of the store he agreed to meet us at with the car .. The High Temp Warning came on I called him. He claims it never overheated on him.

Then he said well you got a warranty just drive it.. Thank God we made it home safely. As it turns out he is a complete liar. No new water pump or thermostat have been put on the car.

They put some *** in the radiator and that b.s. Warranty doesn't cover the cooling system just power train ..I will never do business nor refer anyone to this dealer.

1999 Grand Cherokee that look really great in the pictures was lifted he said his mechanic did all the work and that it was in excellent shape and all options worked... got a car here found that the lift kit was put on him crown him properly the front rotor brake was locked and groove badly lights didn't work on the inside car would go dead in a day went to fix the brakes found that the front differential was completely rusted all brackets and bolts so you could not take it apart... salesman Celine stalled and lied his way through weeks at a time finally ignoring my phone calls after promising to help repair a car stay away far away from this bad dealership

Roadsters auto in Texas advertises vechicels on eBay. BEWARE!!!

Of this seller they specialize in vechicels used with high milegage junk cars. i went on eBay looking for a minivan a came across Roadsters auto I contacted the seller on the phone to asked questions about the Chrysler van they were advertising. I became weary of the seller when he offered me an incentive to make the payment directly and avoid going thru eBay. The car fax report stated that the vechicels had front end damage.

The seller began to explain to me how the car fax report was wrong. I ordered an inspection thru inspect my ride and found that the car had been repair from body damage but was running good. I decided to buy the van because the seller kept assuring me that this was a good van and it was in excellent shape. After going thru the finance process the seller was very responsive to my calls.

The day the seller/owner received full payment from the bank he was no longer available to take my calls. The van was shipped to me and it was not drivable. The delivery company had to push the van in my driveway because it would not start. I tried to contact roadsters and the owner and was told he had left the country for several months and could not be reached.

The van was a piece of junk that caused me more than ?3000.00 to fix. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Texas and roadsters did not bother to respond. DO NOT BUY from this seller! BEWARE!!!

roadsters auto is a rip off they specialize in high mileage junk cars they advertise photoshopped pics of junk cars on eBay to draw customers in and get your money and you will never hear from them again once they get your money! bEWARE!! RoADSTERS AUTO BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!
