Roadie

Its been four months now since Ive been able to login to Roadie with my phone I have to use my wifes phone to do deliveries. Ive called Roadie for the past four months on and off to make complaints and all I get is I took a complaint and Ill pass it on to the team.

Every time I call, I get a different agents to tell me the same thing theyre going to pass it on to the team, but whats up with the four months that Im still waiting for a reply from them? Never happened I called Apple and I called my Internet service provider to see if they can help me with the app, but they both said that theres nothing wrong with my phone and it has to do with technical service at Roadie . Theres no one higher than the agent to give your complaint to thats where it ends you aint getting past that point and they dont care obviously look at me for the past four months and what Im going through. I tried looking up different phone numbers that Roadie has maybe thinking that I can get through to like, a higher source to help me, but that aint happening all those numbers to the Roadie app are connected stay away from This company if you know whats good for you otherwise be prepared for some crazy situations that you wont be able to vet out to anybody cause no one is listening.

No one cares theyll just thank you to death and tell you that theyll pass it on to someone else to handle Hopefully

this complaint can get out to some people to think twice about what to expect. FYI: this is a UPS company ! Go figure that one out.

lol ! Terrible company I use it in between other apps and what relief knowing that I dont have to count on them fully for work.

My account got locked cause it was a miss understandimg when I drop the customer order off it was a lady standing at the door well I'm between two houses when I got out the car the lady was like am right here so I Said you ordered a CVS order she was like yeah so 8 hand it to her when I got downtown I got a call from y'all saying that the person didn't get their order so I went back to get the order form the person I hand it to and gave it to the Right person CVS confirm that the right person got the order and Rudy support confirmed that the customer got the order for now on I'm going to ask for the name and make sure it's the person for now on I'm going to ask for the name and make sure that it's the right person ff

I literally risk my life durning this winter storm to deliver for this company because of course I have a family that needs to be fed and I attempt to deliver this one order and got into a car accident on the icy road, usually when you attempt to deliver an order theyll pay you for thatTell me why these people tell me that I am not worth getting paid and that I didnt attempt anything and I sent screenshots and everything to these people and they tell me Im not worth getting paid. How can I ever respect anyone who doesnt care about all my hard work i do for this company. Its really *** up how they treat when you really need their help.

Once again, tonight Roadie failed to deliver my meds from King Soopers in Castle Rock, Colorado. Store #125.

It is by no means the first or only time but it will be the last because your service and employees just dont care about the people who need their meds. They complain openly to customers waiting for their meds at home about the poor pay, but say they dont have green cards so its all they can do. Or they have to work 2 and 3 jobs to support themselves. I wish someone from upper management would call me.

I wont shop from King Soopers where my pharmacy is. I wont shop anywhere for anything that uses Roadie for home delivery of medication. Your employees at Customer Service are nasty, bored, disinterested in dealing with problems for their customers and poor communicators. I had to pay an Uber there and back to pick up my meds which were supposed to arrive today.

I dare you to be honest enough to allow your shoppers to read this scathing review. This isnt a gig as you call it. It is a job which your employees complain about bitterly! Several of my children are MDs.

They never recommend any pharmacy that uses you for delivery. You could die waiting.
