Poor customer after sales service
- Roadrunner won't answer calls.

Roadrunner doesn't return or answer calls after you purchase a scooter that cost $4500. The scooter wobbles and the illuminated steering bar doesn't work.

Rip off, scam and used product
- On 4/17/21 I paid $1690 for an electric scooter and received a used, damaged unit with missing parts; I have not received a refund.
Basically been ripped off by the owner on 4/17/21 for ($1690) for electric scooter and received used, broken parts scratches and missing part scooter.
Asked for refund and i was told to ship back the scooter to receive my refund.
Until this moment i have not received any refund
Preferred solution: Full refund
