Booked on 4/28 and paid 100% in full. Told Mon 5/4 was no problem for a pick up.
Nothing...they don't answer their phones and if you go to hold you will never get anyone. Even after 30 minute holds. Quick to sell me but ZERO customer assistance. No customer support or assistance anywhere.
So here we are at the end of Tues 5/5 and still NOTHING. Truly pathetic and i have NO idea when this vehicle might be picked up. Since we need to leave in a day or so, what do you do then. Someone has to be here for pickup!!
I would think being here all day for two days is more than sufficient. Why would anyone want to deal with someone who treats their customers like this. BUT...they have my money so what am i to do???
Buyer beware of these sales but NON performance people. Hopefully this vehicle will get picked up soon.

I have been having the hardest time reaching out and getting anyone to call me back and I have a pick-up scheduled today. I will be reporting to this company.
It makes no sense that I have called over ten times. Been on hold for over 20 minutes at a time. Left multiple messages.
As soon as you get payment now no one answers the phone anymore. Its crazy how i used this company two other times and never had an issue but this will be my last time.
