Good auction , cars reasonable price , (if your willing to work on them) And do yourself , " a Big Favor " , Don't get your car , "Towed" , downtown during Padre season.

It will cost you a lot of Money and "Piss-You-Off" , like a wild pig out of control.

ROAD ONE TOWING - Complaint

After reading the amount of reviews, the employees at this place are crooks. They don't care and are unprofessional.

I been at this place since Monday and filed a complaint with the corporation. Not one person mentioned about the storage fees. My insurance company already screwed me over, and I just lost everything. I called on Tuesday twice and spoke directly with their staff on how to stop being charge for fees.

I have no source of income coming in. I asked them if they would buy my car. One employee told me over the phone from the location that they don't buy Cars. He recommended that I sign over my title.

I told him that I lost my title. He told me to go to the dmv and get a copy. I went to the dmv to get a copy and they gave me a registration card. I came in Wednesday and Thursday trying to handle this situation.

I spoke to one more person over the phone that I have the registration card. She recommended getting another documents, so I went back to the Dmv and got the paper work. I spoke to the supervisor in charge and told them what happen. She told me that documents I picked up at the dmv, they have it.

She told me that she would waive the storage fee. I can't recall if she directly told me that I had to sign over my lease. Not one single person mentioned about storage fees etc. I had to borrow from my sisters and my ex.

I kept complaining to them that they need to train their staff better. It is not nice to be laughing at any situation. It's unprofessional. I told the receptionist corporate number what happen even they apologize for your unprofessional behavior.

To the lady who tried to blame me for losing my title, it's not my fault you can't do your jobs properly and you wanna blame me for it?!!! Oh lady, if this was someone else, you would have gotten way worst attitude than just being cussed at. I honestly don't know how people work here knowing their ruining people life. I told the corporate lady that owner better give me a call if not I'm going to call each day.

And the supervisor wanna tell me, there's something wrong with me? Please, grow up and stop laughing at people situation. It's very unprofessional. I really hope non of this ever happens to anyone there.

I believe in Karma.

You screwed people over and your going to get screwed over 10 times worse. You people just want money.

Complaint

I got into a car accident on Saturday January 7th. I been at the tow place since Monday.

My insurance marked me as fault and because the fact I didn't have ride share endorsement to be protected as a lyft driver. I just lost my entire car, and it was completely paid off. I called on Tuesday to see what I can do to stop being charge for towing fees. They told me that I needed to sign over my title.

I lost my title. They told me to go to the dmv and get a copy of my title. Nobody told me about paying up front and I been at 3333 National Ave, 92113. I brought my registration card and spoke to the supervisor directly.

She told me that they would waive my storage fee. I can't remember if she directly told me I would require to sign over my title. I came back today with my title and selling my car to the junkyard thinking that I'm going to pay the 360 dollars only. The supervisor refused to waive the fee and I started cussing at them mainly because I been at the towing location since Monday.

They completely screwed me over and tried blaming me for losing my title after the fact I told the supervisor to train her staff properly. The fact I been there since Monday whose fault do you think it is? Your staff was not only unprofessional, but they started laughing. They made me feel like they were laughing at me.

I said directly to her that it's not funny to be laughing. Ppl at the tow just lost their cars. I don't care what the situation is because I know they were talking smack about me. I was not only having anxiety and panic attack.

I'm overly stressed out cause I just lost everything. I'm about to sue this company for misleading me. There are video recordings of me being there since Monday if there is cameras. I'm sure there is since they have tons of cars.

To the lady who tried to blame me for losing my title, I hope you go to *** and hope nothing like this ever happen to any of you. I already hit rock bottom and you can't do nothing to help me. Fyi, anyone with my situation would have done worst than cuss you guys out.

Anyone whose laughing when someone dealing with a crisis is wrong. You people are beyond pathetic.

Road one went through personal belongings and stole items from my car

my car was impounded by the police and i was not able to take my belongings. when i was finally able to retrieve everything from my car (purse, shoes, everything) i noticed my camera had been stolen and so was my drivers license right out of my wallet.

my credit card information was copied and was used to make multiple large purchases...$400 worth. i let the tow people knwo immediately about my camera and they assured me that the employees arent allowed into the cars because they're on "police investigation" so their employees "couldnt have done it" ***. then who did it?

i asked if someoen could have gotten into the lot and did it. he claimed their lot is secure....hmmmm

Why was your car towed is it possible the police went through your car they tend to do so they also do a police report on your vehicle including inventory if your things were in the vehicle at the time of tow its likely noted if it werw my car and I was not full of *** I'd probably start with the police not complain on a website smells like *** on your end

Check out something called mobbing and gangstalking, it might help to read up on that and see if seems that is what happened to you. The police and others are in on that.

Guest

ask about security cameras at the towyard

Guest

:cry Here's an idea... don't be a dumb *** and get your *** towed

listen, you have to go way beyond hmmmmm, starting with a filed police report on the STOLEN ITEMS and file a complaint as to WHY you weren't permitted to remove your personal belongings leading to identityt theft etc.

also go to your local congressman with copies of the official police report and complaint and politely inform them that some IS responsible and it's not you.

make a big stink and a lotta noise and take care of it and keep hounding them until you get some relevant answers and justice.

...........hope you already contacted motor vehicle and your credit card company.
