Bad customer service, manager (Mr. Art)hung up on me.
Brakes that I bought instantly turn the wheels on my BMW Black!!! Everyday!!!! Called to complain and was told the Mr. Art the manager that with any other brake pad my car would not stop!!! Felt like he was reading from a script "my Mercedes does the same thing" . Funny thing when I texted support that man (Andy) said the SAME THING!!! "My Mercedes" Mr Art the manager hung up on me instead of trying to resolve the ISSUE. He had the I dont really care attitude. Never buying from them again. Oh Andy thank you FCPeuro does guarantee all parts!!! They have won me over

EAP auto parts or European Auto Parts at 1770 West Wesley Ave. in Englewood is a junk yard not in any way related to RM European Auto Parts LLC. The comment made above is intended for a different business. We don't even sell used parts! We pride ourselves in amazing customer service. If you search other reference sites you will see that we are a reputable company with thousands of satisfied customers. We are a GOOGLE TRUSTED STORE with an A for customer service. Unfortunately this website wants 1000's of dollars to remove a comment that is not even intended for us.

To the real RMeuropean company, it's a disgrace that you have to tolerate this guy's foolish and incorrect review. If there ever was a stand up auto parts seller online you are it.
I was posting a review online of my positive experience with RMeuropean, looking at other (all positive) reviews, and came across this site. Had to help set the record straight.
