R & L Moving in Houston ruined my coffee table and wanted to give me $30
My move was a fiasco with R & L Movers in HOuston, TX. Late for pickup and didn't honor binding quote, didn't deliver when they said...I was out of town; after two credit card payment installments, they asked for cash in order to deliver...and I was 1200 miles away because they delivered a week late. Found my coffee table they lost after I complained for weeks. Sent it to me by UPS...wrapped only in a furniture blanket...crushed on two corners and totally ruined. For my troubles they offered me $30!!! Nice wood coffee table matched my two end tables, and the wood in my upholstered furniture and lamps. Never showed a bit of concern.....with no empathy for your issues. Other choices for moving? Take em...run the other way from R & L Movers.
