I purchased a 2014 kia hybrid used but it was in great condition. A few months went by and the electrical part of the vehicle started to fail! Took it for service pay almost 600 to have a battery replaced service in Vineland called me to pick up the vehicle drove it down the street and the car died again. Call them up they had to towed the vehicle back to service after 4 days they said that they were calling kia because they had no idea what was wrong with the vehicle then they said they needed to replace the main fuse and gave me a price had to voluntarily surrender my vehicle back to the bank because i couldnt afford to have it repaired. Then a few weeks after i turned it in i get a phone call talking about a recall due to electrical problems Really?? So service of Vineland NJ kia didnt know this? Now i have to pay for car that i dont have. I believe it was the dealer negligence period so many certified technicians and mechanics and none of them know how to fix *** kia sucks! Dont buy this vehicles specially hybrid!
