Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I at least got the mailing label to return the charger, now we’ll see if I get my deposit back.

We were never able to take delivery of our Rivian because we couldn't seem to talk to a human. This so concerned us that we finally backed out of the deal. However, after deciding not to take delivery, they still charged us and sent us the charger. I would like to return the charger, and talked to our "guide" before he left us, and he was supposed to email me a mailing label. He never did. We tried going to the local service store in Irvine, CA, but they apparently can't help us either. They tried to escalate the issue to someone higher up the chain, but we still never heard from anyone. That was a month ago. It has been six months since we canceled our order and we have been looking at this box with a $500 charger in it ever since. I have been waiting on the phone for over an hour now listening to your music while I type this...great customer service. Glad I didn't buy your car.
