The contract is illegal.The dealership changed my status from co-sigher to buyer w/o my permission.They also applied for a loan w/o my permission. Who signed the loan contract?
Apparently the VW dealership and loan company, Santander Consumer viewed my credit report. w/o my permission. Both companies were involved in this "straw purchase" scam. I wasn't present when the contract was put together.My NIECE.
