Riverside Harley Davidson is even worst, is not just the service department i guess is the whole dealer

I got a extended service contract I bent my front rim with a road hazard(fwy object )I called on Thursday same day of the accident at the scene,in front they told me that tow and rental and the repair need to be approved by the dealer then the extended service dept. in Phoenix AZ, I had to drive home couple miles with the flat, Friday I called again this time both places to star a claim again they said the same thing, Monday I drove the bike from home to the dealer missing work(take a personal day off)12.9 miles to drop the motorcycle they where very nice no issues I feel really good, we will take care of this they said, next day somebody suppose to call me, at the end of my day I called to my surprise the guy that was handling my claim take a day off according to Karen, he is the one that suppose to contact me, I was very frustrated I ask for the manager he called me about couple hours later just to explain to me the procedures of the service department from the beginning I told then that iron 883 unit was my primary transportation is a 2012 iron 883 with 8719 miles on it that I need the loaner both the first guy and the manager they said there will be no problem somebody will contact me that Riverside Harley was to big that they need to contact in the rental depto to see even if they have something available for me until this day no body contact me, every time I ask for the loaner all I hear is that somebody will contact me soon after 5 days on Friday I called to find out what happening they said that insurance only cover the rim that the thread was low 3/39 (with 8719)miles) and will be couple hundred dollars plus oil change about $250 and will take another week to repair it, only now they where ordering the parts, I ask if they can assamble my old tire to go to another dealer or place really I tried to avoid dealing with them they now pull that policy and pretend to care about my safety, and again dint mention the loaner, I just had with this place, I will never go back there again and at least I have to share my experience a 1000 times or for the rest of my life I really thing they are prejudist or just take the biker play to seriusly
