Forget to redeem cash out voucher. Got back to NYC and realized I did not redeem it.
How to I get my cash without coming down there to Philly again? I am NOT a pissed customer. Overall the Casino was lovely, the entire Staff wonderful and caring people and attentive to the needs of the customers and I actually loved it there.
Clean bathrooms, excellent staff and good care for the customers, great fresh drinks, and overall I loved it. Just do not know when I will be returning for another trip to Rivers.
