- - On hold 35 minutes with no answer, and live chat said 6 ahead, then told me to call the same number.
- - Account setup failed; only return-trip billed.
I was on hold for 35 minutes, never answered. As I was on hold, I went to live chat and they said 6 chats were ahead of me.
They eventually thanked me and told me to call the number I was already on hold with for over 35 minutes. I tried to set an account up and they said I couldn't at this time when I entered all the information.
I received a bill for the return trip but not one for the first trip across. I'm just trying to pay for both bills.
