Everyone there stating you cant win anything! At least they used to let you play some but not any big wins. You can be in and out in 15 min after playing 1000.00 dollars!

The last few times I visited riverspirit casino Tulsa only the women were hitting , all the women were hitting the machines the men had nothing ....I destroyed my players card and won’t be back ....a employee advised me if it were me I would never play in a creek casino I’m taking that advice .....

I was harassed and racially profiled by members on the security staff. January 6th 2019.

I was trying to leave the hotel and called a Lyft driver and while waiting on the driver a member of River Spirit Casino security approached me. She asked me did I have a ride and was I leaving the facility. I told her yes. She then ask me for my identification.

I ask her why was that necessary. She said because of the incident in my room. I never had a incident in my room. This security person then said you are banned.

I said for asking questions. She then took my license and instructed members of security to start banishment paperwork. In the meantime my Lyft driver is waiting on me. She then said she has paperwork on me about two inches thick of me stalking people at the Casino.

All which these are false allegations. If any of this was true why would I not have been banned from this Casino. They send me complimentary rooms and offers every month. This is only the brief version of what happened.

In a unrelated incident to this one. I was walking through the Casino with a friend last year. She was pulled to the side by a River Spirit Casino staff member and was asked if she was ok. She was appalled by the Casino’s actions.

I sat in silence. She was really demonstrative and upset. She ask them was it because I am a black male. They ask us to leave.

As we were leaving a security guard in which I recognized from previous visits was informed by me that I would see him again. He ask if I was threatening him. I said no. I am here all the time.

That’s why. A member of the security staff tried to have me permanently banned. I spoke with a member on the staff and she said their were no grounds for a ban. This member of the security staff had my cellular number and exchanged text messages and we had phone conversations.

She was apparently upset to see me with a friend that was a woman. She is no longer with River Spirit Casino. I have information of our text messaging exchanges. These are all Caucasian women that have lead to my unfair treatment at River Spirit Casino.

I do feel their is a theme and tone that has been set for African American men st this casino. I have a really good friend that is a chemist by trade. His wife is a lawyer. She is a caucausin lady.

He is African American. He went to this casino immediately following work. She was visiting friends at River Spirit Casino. My friend stopped by to visit her following his work day.

They were approached by security at River Spirit casino, and asked if he was bothering them. She was offended by their and actions and told them no. He is my husband. This question was asked only because they observed a black male hanging around cacausian women.

Not that anything seemed wrong or unusual. I will not tolerate this behavior. I am contacting my lawyer this morning. I am contacting the news.

I would love to show the footage of my January 6th 2019 harassment by River Spirit security. My civil rights have been violated. I will not stand idly by and let this issue go unresolved. The security guard that approached me that evening also repeatedly threatened me and said I would be going to jail if i didn’t give my girlfriend personal items that are totally unrelated to this incident.

She didn’t ask me what happened in my complimentary room of the January 6th 2019 incident. She listened to my girlfriend and that was all she needed to harass me.

Could not get cell phone service in casino need to call Uber to pick me up had already paid for trip to and from the casino was informed that there courtesy phone can't call Uber because it's not a 918 area code when I asked what am I supposed to do they said don't know what to tell you they absolutely did nothing to help me and didn't care at all!! That's just wrong to treat customers like that and why can't my phone work in the casino it use to now it don't I've been a customer for a great many years long before the new casino was built that was very upsetting to me was very worried about how i was going to get home since i had already paid Uber for my round trip 1-3-2019 I'm really thinking i will not return to what used to be my favorite casino as they did nothing to help me call my ride home I'm a 58yr old woman who cell phone doesn't work in your casino and it use to i would like to know why it won't work in your casino any more and why i wasn't able to call Uber driver on your phone to be picked back up i had to walk quite aways from the building to be able to get my phone to work it was cold and raining outside i will be calling today 1-4-2019 to hopefully speak with someone who might possibly care about this issue with no phone service.

No kidding this is big and could add up to hundreds of thousands of extra dollars for the casino. So your done gambling, and go to the nearest machine and cash out your 217.80 dollar ticket a winner.

You receive your 217.00 dollars and a ticket for the change with a nice note on the screen.

"Go to your nearest cashier for the balance (80 cents in my case) or you can play it in a slot machine" I am not going to stand in line for my 80 cents or 20 cents or even 2 cents; I'm ready to go home, so I throw the ticket away. The casino wins, and from what I saw the majority of folks are doing the same thing, 9 cents or 99 cents we all lose. Do the math, this is wrong.

My advice, don't brother with the cash out machine just go straight to the cashier and save time and your money. or better yet avoid this place and go to a real casino.

We stayed at the River Spirit Casino Resort on March 2, 2018. We rented a suite which we assumed would sleep 4 people.

When we found out that wasn't the case we requested a fold out bed. My sister and brother-in-law slept on the bed my husband on the couch and I slept on the fold out bed. The next morning I noticed a painful spot on the back of my leg. The next few days it became inflamed and started forming blisters.

I went to the Dr. as soon as possible. This happened on a Friday night, I went to the Dr. on Monday.

I was told I had a brown recluse spider bite. By Thursday of that same week it became more inflamed and looked horrible. I went back to the Dr. and was sent to a surgeon to see if it needed to be surgically drained.

Long story short, I had to have a surgical procedure to drain the abscess and remove dead tissue. I missed about three days of work and had several Dr. visits. I went back to the hotel which is operated by the Muscogee Creek Indian tribe to request help with my medical bills.

They referred me to their insurance company which is also operated by the tribe. The insurance company promptly denied my claim without even looking at my medical records and without any in depth details about what happened. I was told if I disagree with their decision, I could file an action with their tribal court.

Sooooo as you can see this is losing battle. Stay at this Hotel at your own risk.
