Inexperienced, unqualified, running scam
Unable to perform basic landscaping services. Repeatedly giving deliberately low estimates that leave out items that were in written requirements for job.
Vandalized property when immediate payment of absurd demands are not made. Walter Jarisch and Bradford Wood are repeatedly running this obviously illegal activity.
