- - Management charged $20.91 for registration issues.
- - Calls, emails to River City Conveyancing CSR were ignored.

Unfortunately, our experience has been less than satisfactory.
We were charged a penalty fee of $20.91 by our property management body because our registration paperwork was not correctly filed/received.
Calls and emails were placed with the River City Conveyancing CSR and management, but after some sympathy we were ignored and simply left in the lurch.
In another stroke, lawyers aren't considered "traders" to seek redress through QCAT ?!?
Slightly heavy handed I know, but this came down to a matter of principal over money. We paid for their services, but we were left out of pocket by actions out of our control.
If asked by others, we would not recommend their services as this issue is still unresolved.
