Still waiting on my payout
Still waiting, it's almost one month and my withrawl request is still "under review"
Difficult decision this was to have to write this as ritz had been awesome with fast payouts and customer service. For some reason I've been waiting 3 weeks as and still nothing when they claim 30 minutes or less on withdrawals.
Preferred solution: My winnings
