Incredibly slow withdrawal times
I'm leaving a bad review because it's been over 3 days now and I still haven't received my cash out. I've been contacting support and they keep telling me the same thing.
And no progress is being made.
I was told it was instant cash out. What a joke.

I have been a Ritz Slots customer for almost 2 years now, and so have my gambling group, which consists of 289 people. We enjoyed Planet Ritz because we appreciated their fast payouts.
We thought we finally had found a casino that was legitimate and paid out fast. Five days ago, I put in for a withdrawal, and I still have not yet received it. I know Ritz's policy clearly states that each person has the right to one withdrawal per day not exceeding $10,000. I also know that a few people in my gambling group have withdrawn over the last few days, and they have received their money, some almost $3,000.
I called your customer service, and they gave me the same answer over and over again—that it's being worked on and that it is gonna be done real soon. They say they will contact me, but after that hasn't been done, and no one's contacted me.

Difficult decision this was to have to write this as ritz had been awesome with fast payouts and customer service. For some reason I've been waiting 3 weeks as and still nothing when they claim 30 minutes or less on withdrawals.
