Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent a second email explaining that I had previously cancelled my auto shipment and a refund was given to me :)) very satisfied with the results :) thanks

I cancelled my auto shipment and I am still keep getting orders from them!!! Not happy!!! I just sent a second request to cancel auto shipment but afraid I will get another shipment next month :(

Not being able to return to amazon was not helpful. Other than taste being so bad my friends that tried said the same thing. Amazon should not be selling this especially you cant return if you dont like it. No refund options. So I had to throw 40$ down my sink.
