Not happy with customer care as no one picks up the phone
The delivery man (blue dart) took extra 500 as I am outstation but my maid by mistake handed the money, as soon as she realised she asked my driver to stop him but the man refused & left this is for order number 500018**** please look into the matter as it's not about money but it's about trust on cod, you must find out who this man is & complain, I am not comfortable with online payments & always go for cod , I love your outfits & have ordered several times from label with cod, this is the first time such thing has happened, probably the delivery guy took advantage of me not being home,
