Have had a horrible experience with this company. I went in and picked out a remnant on my own. Did not ask for any help or ask any questions. I simply needed someone to write up my order and ring me out. I called a salesman over by the name of Homer. He seemed very irritated to be bothered. I felt like I was making him do something he didn't want to be doing so, I tried to be nice and make it as painless as possible so that he could get back to...

We are coming up on 2 years for a carpet installation in our living room, office, and stairs to 2nd floor. Total cost of job was $3000 for 621 SF of Design Texture Gold carpet installed. We requested the "upgraded" padding and emphasized that we wanted a quality/comfortable product that would last. The salesman stated "that's what I have in my home & it is the best" (of course). At this point the carpet feels like something I had in my college...

Rite Rug Flooring installed &16,000 worth of Bruce hardwood floors in my new Ryan Homes home. The floors are buckled in most of the seams and wavy in many other places. RRF refuses to replace the floors and the moisture content remains high. Second opinions from Home Depot, Lowes, lumber liquidators and United Flooring indicate that the floors were installed over a moisture laden slab but RRF and Ryan Homes refuses to correct the issue or to...

Rite Rug - Centerville. We had the worst experience with Rite Rug and would absolutely never recommend them. Their price for carpet may be reasonable but it is not worth the aggravation of installers not knowing how to do their job, lost trim work and many weeks of waiting for the job to be completed. Their attitude once they get your money is rude and uncaring. There is a huge disconnect between the sales people and the installers. It...

Our builder used Rite Rug Lexington Kentucky for our flooring in our new home. We have lived there less than two years and we have cracked tiles and grout. The tile was not installed correctly the first time, there were many uneven spots low tiles, high tiles, and we complained they said they fixed the problem. Not so much. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to tile. DO NOT USE them if you want a quality job. We wanted a floor...

I used to work for Rite Rug in the AP dept. They do not care who they hire to install material. In fact the cheaper the labor they will have to pay out the better. I in fact heard them say they love Mexicans, they work cheaper. Most of the installers were illegal immigrants. They do not run any background checks. A lot of the installers didn't even speak English. They would not hire my husband, who does quality work and is American born because...

Our experience with "Wrong Rug" was bad right from the start. As a new home builder's client, we were sent to Rite Rug's "David Design Center." Their advisor was not quite rude but not friendly or helpful at all. It seemed like a chore for her help. We have been in this new home for 16 months. The carpeting on the second level is all rumpled; same on the stair treads. We asked to have a Rite Rug rep to observe this horrible installation and...
