Wrong order sent

Rishi Tea and Botanicals - Wrong order sent
I ordered two teas. One of the teas I received was a wrong kind - regular Chamomile instead of Chamomile Medley I ordered. When I called the customer service, they said they sent what I ordered. I am pretty sure that I ordered Medley. I was willing to send the wrong package back and pay shipping. But no, they refused to replace it. When you pay almost 60 cents per sachet of tea, you expect friendly customer service. But the only thing the customer rep offered was a discount code on the next order. And she sounded like a robot repeating the same formula - no replacement, no returns. Only when I learned that they sell to big hotel chains, I understood that they dont care about individual customers.
