Complain bad service
Your lead driver Christopher refused to take my order over the phone even after I told him that I was trying to order online but was having problems for almost an hour, so I called other Rise Location and I was informed that normally you do not take them over the phone but in my case they do make exceptions which the Dadeland store did not do for me, when my wife called back to ask for a manager, they were very rudely. Told her they could not help her will never order or go there again thank God for cookies, Trulieve Curaleaf fluent and Ayr Dispensaries

Just had a horrible experience at your Dadeland dispensary with your lead driver Christopher where he refused to take my order over the phone when I was telling him the for two hours I tried placing it online and was not allowed to , due to technical problems, so I just wanted to let you know that I will never ever shop at any of your stores again and you can thank your employee Christopher, the lead driver at the store in Dadeland area in Miami Florida. Thank you very much for nothing, have a good day
