I had called to say I would be out of town and this person told me I would be able to keep my grandfathered contract with unlimited downloads if I got put on a seasonal suspension when I called to have it turned back on they said they could no longer honor my contract and tried to over double my bill they are lying cheating rude people and I shall be pressing this issue do not trust them!!!!!

I was told that if I put my internet on seasonal suspend it would not affect my internet service and that my contract would still be honored when I called to have it turned back on they did not honor my contract and even tried to raise my rates I am pissed!!!!!

Rise Broadband promises big but delivers little. I pay for 20 Mbps but have never seen any speed test that comes anywhere close to that. Saw it at 16 Mbps once and most other times it's 3 to 4 mbps. Around 6pm everyday it's garbage. They have come several times to "fix" the issue but never any difference. I would drop them like a bad habit if they weren't my only choice.

They charged me for 15Mb for over a year with poor bandwidth all the way. FINALLY a tech came out and said the tower won't even do over 5Mb.
