AI Highlights
  • - Submission keeps failing with 'something went wrong' for over a month.
  • - Top-rated firm but unresponsive and unavailable during business hours.

RIPT Apparel is a designer apparel store where you can submit your work to be printed if it gets enough votes. At least it's supposed to be. Every time I try to submit, it keeps saying something went wrong and it's been doing this for over a month and these *** haven't done a GOD *** THING to fix it. This is something I try to do for a living and I can't exactly get my work out there if I keep getting glitches for submission.

These guys are supposedly a top rated firm and I find it appalling that someone with their reputation would show a clear lack of urgency in dealing with problems that will ultimately harm their business. You can call them or chat with them...they are CONSTANTLY unavailable, during business hours or otherwise. I'm so pissed that I even tried to call the local news stations and papers that gave them such high acclaim to let them know that they should retract that ***, because from what I've seen, they clearly don't give a *** about their clientele OR the people that submit them their designs.

Pros:
  • Opportunity to make money
Cons:
  • Their lack of urgency
Reason of review:
Unresponsive customer service and constant technical problems

Preferred solution: FIX THE *** PROBLEM or I report their *** to the BBB!!!!!

Ever consider it could just be on your end? Did you do any testing of this to find out? I as well as several others have had no problems whatsoever with submitting.

Yeah, I did. Every computer I used produced the same problem. So naturally, I called them and asked them to fix, and by the eighth time I called them (because they never pick up or answer online chat, I finally left them a message telling them what to go do with themselves.
