- - Order placed 6/29; 7/1 email says it's on the way.
- - 7/3 tracking invalid; package returned; no response; customer requests explanation and a call.
My husband, Eric Aji, ordered items from you on 6/29. On 7/1 your company sent an email saying it was on the way.
On 7/3 the tracking page said invalid info and returned to sender and now you are not responding. Where are the items he ordered from you??
Why were they returned to sender??
