REFUND REQUEST

I have requested my subscription be cancelled multiple times. My account was debited today and I am not able to cover my rent.

Please have someone contact me asap I am desperate for a refund. I truly hope and pray to hear from someone.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I already responded to this inquiry.

Please stop sending it. If you continue to send the same inquiry, I will delete and unsubscribe permanently.

We thought we would use Ripl for our company. We did not.

It renewed automatically and we notified them last year that we did not want an auto renewal subscription. This year they auto renewed it again. We immediately contacted them via email - no tel no. for customer service and contacted Pissed Consumer.

They sent a message immediately and someone did get back to us from Ripl and refunded the charge - it took a few days but they did finally unsubscribe us - even though we asked them last year to do so. You need to double check and make sure Ripl actually unsubscribes you. . .
