While on vacation in Cherry Grove SC...
- - Food quality was poor in Cherry Grove.
- - Shrimp tasted off; most meat was overcooked.
- - Requests for lamb/filet were not met.
While on vacation in Cherry Grove SC our daughter took us to dinner there which was all of our first time and the food was absolutely horrific. The shrimp on the salad bar tasted like it was going bad, ALL the meat except for the chicken wings was completely tough and overcooked plus they kept coming around with cheaper meats and pineapple when we asked for lamb and filet.
The heating I had was the lasagna and bread, the rest was sub par. Our reservation was at 7:15p under Dixon at the North MB restaurant.
I own a catering company and if I served food like this consistently, I would be out of business, however I would like to know so I could improve and adjust. I just hate my daughter spent hundreds for a meal where we all left hungry.
