Looking for local to pour patio and install wall

Had two companies get in touch todo job, One gave me a quote and it seem reasonable. They came to house and gave me a quote. Came back next day to start job, at the end of day asked if he could have half of money up front, thought about it with wife and figured this was a we'll know local company, so I gave him $650 dollar up front. Came back next day then left, no show for three days called him and was told he had surgery and would be on job as soon as he could. Last Thursday called number was no longer in service, found on face book, then got in touch on messages, was told he would have it done Monday 5/14/17. No show . Now yard plied up with dirt and holes with blocks in it for borders. So this company is : Rios General Services Victor Rios Yukon, Oklahoma He is a *** and scam artist. Guess I learn the hard way You should not have him on you list as being a contractor for anything. !!!!!!!!
