Hello our Riobel shower *** has stopped working. I was taking a shower and was no longer able to turn the shower off. I had to turn the water off to the house. I tried tightening the the screw but that did not work. Do you have any suggestions as to to resolve this problem. Is this a known issue? Sean

Parts for hand held shower
Flex hose of hand-held part of shower is broken. Called and spoke to a lady who said to send a picture, since I didnt have a model number. Took 3 pictures, and emailed them to the address she gave me. Called 10 minutes later and spoke to Christian, and he said to resend the email. I did, and then he got it. After a few minutes, he surprised me by saying the part would be sent to me soon, and at no charge due to a lifetime warranty. Just wish this wasnt referred to as pissed customer! Thanks so much for your help.

Part replacement

Leaking shower faucet
I called and was on hold for 30 minutes with a single reply from them. I called again and still nothing it's leaking and I can't get a response from them
