Poor payment process
Your payment process & contacts are much too complicated & time consuming!! I am exhausted just trying to pay & wrote a message to you about that & was unable to have it delivered due to more complications!!!
Just needed to order & pay straight by Visa credit card!!
Chose NOT to use any other payments options that you gave!!
Most ALL online orders from ALL companies including Amazon & Google give consumers the option of using a Visa, MasterCard straight option!! Millions of people dont prefer to go through PayPal, APPLEPAY etc options!!!

Well, the drama is to solicit you madly, you purchase the products, then they go on sale half-price, free lipsticks etc. So you find that you have purchased doubles, so you haven't even opened up the products.
All are received, you find no return shipments labels in the boxes you contact the company - no response, but then a ticket numbers - finally answer to refer to the RETURN POLICY on the website! Well the NO DRAMA, NO TRICKS! The return policy is THEIR ISN"T ONE - - EVERYTHING IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES EVERY DAY EVERY PURCHASE< EVERYTIME IS FINAL SALE LADIES & GENTLEMAN!!
NO RETURNS< NO EXCHANGES & NO REFUNDS!
SOME TRICKERY - why not state that from PAGE ONE!
Their response due to the uniqueness of their business.
Gee Estee Lauder, AVON et all, have always had return policies on unsatisfactory un-customers and they have lasted CENTURIES, I guess MS. RINNA is afraid of RETURNS!!!!
