  • 2/15/26 at Xfinity Arena with two kids; after an hour show offered only jump rope and aerials with loud DJ music, and nearly $200 felt unacceptable.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the performance at Xfinity Mobile Arena on 2/15/26. I attended the show with my two children, aged 11 and 5, expecting an engaging experience; however, the quality of the production has been significantly below expectations.

We are currently one hour into the ninety-minute show, and the performance has lacked the variety and substance typically associated with a circus.

To this point, the acts have been limited to jump rope and aerial displays, accompanied by excessively loud music from the DJ.

Given that I paid nearly $200 for my family to attend, I find the lack of content and overall production value to be unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future patrons.

Waste of money!

AI Highlights
  • -Show condensed to a small rink.
  • -Tightrope acts were hard to see.
  • -No clowns, few animals; it felt like a Power Rangers routine.

I took my daughter and niece to the show in Knoxville, tn and paid over 80 dollars to see what I thought was the better circus only to be highly disappointed. The show was now condensed into 1 small rink.

The tightrope walkers we couldn't see because of the lighting set and that they were on a much much smaller rope. There were no clowns, hardly any animals and really not much of a show. The performances were more like a dance routine versus the fun and adventure of a circus. The show was not targeted at the smaller children who wanted to see the clowns and the animals.

Instead it looked like an episode of the Power Rangers (hence the name Superheros). The show was a complete let down.

Although Miami has become a predominantly Spanish speaking city, it's not fair to US that still speak English when the tiger tamer comes out and only caters to the Latino's! He communicated with the tigers in Spanish, which is fine, but when you're interacting with the audience IT'S ONLY FAIR THAT YOU SPEAK ENGLISH!!

Audience participation was conducting in Spanish and there was no translator! That was very unprofessional because I paid my money just as well as the others!

DO BETTER!

*sigh* This review tugs at my heartstrings. Oh for the days when this Ringling company embodied mysteriousness and anticipation.

Remember when the small town population of rural America noticed a train convoy that dazzled the imagination followed by the feeling that something VERY special was indeed in town. The vivid memory of driving down that two lane forgotten road day after day, watching eagerly as tents are erected and cotton candy and ticket booths are placed. Hearing your friends tell you that they drove by last night, and the circus was testing the lights on the attractions only fueled your desire to be first-in-line on opening day. Suddenly, any plans you may have had for the next week seemed so dismal.

The circus is in town...elephants, clowns, tight-rope walkers. And who knows what else???

As you park your car in that grassy area near the front gate, and looked with wonder at what awaits this starry night, all reality becomes blurred. The circus is in town.
