RingDrop AI took our money and never provided the service that they promised
I recently had an unfortunate experience with RingDrop, also known as Outbound Networks, while using their AI lead generation services. Our engagement with them lasted from November 2023 to May 2024, during which we expected an automated system to help generate leads on LinkedIn.
Unfortunately, they never set up the promised system, and we were ultimately scammed out of $12,000.
From the outset, we were assured a 100% refund if we were not satisfied with the service. Despite this promise, and after multiple attempts to resolve the issues, we have yet to receive our money back.
Our specific problems included repeated assurances that the automated lead generation would start working soon, which never materialized. The team at RingDrop / Outbound Networks admitted to their shortcomings and even mentioned hiring a new account representative for us, but they failed to provide any contact information for this new rep. When we finally decided to cancel our agreement and request a refund, they assured us it was imminent.
Since then, they have ignored our requests entirely.
There were no redeeming qualities or positive aspects of our experience with RingDrop / Outbound Networks. Their consistent failures and broken promises have significantly damaged our trust in their business. As a result, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
In fact, I strongly advise business owners to avoid engaging with them. Our experience indicates that they take your money without delivering on their commitments.
