Upon receiving a divorce decree where my ex-wife and I had to go to a mutual tax agent (CPA) and have them fairly show us both the best way to file fairly I was sent to this Rimple Mashruwala. I explained everything upon the first meeting and she agreed to see the best way to file for both.
After a few days of not hearing back I contacted her and she said one figure. I asked then if she had tried to run the taxes differently splitting the assets to see the most fair way. She told me she'd get back to me after she tried. So I waited til the end of the week to see her progress.
When I called and explained who I was she immediately became short tempered and asked me "Want do I want", over talking me as I spoke and speaking to me very loudly on the phone. I again tried to explain what we had discussed previously and she was "I'm not getting involved and promptly hung up in my face as I was asking what had happened and as to why she was speaking to me so rudely. I was baffled I never spoke to her rudely or pressured her in anyway and she just shouted on the phone and hung up in my face.
After that she sent me an email not even with an apology as to how she had acted but to inform me of her price for doing my taxes. I responded by saying she was very unprofessional and rude and I would absolutely not want someone who behaved in this manner doing any kind of service for me.
