It is very irritating but Rimowa's webpage Rimowa com informs that the page does not exist. Perhaps using this page I can contact them. original message, I tried to send to https://www.rimowa.com/pl/en/contactus: The lock of my Rimowa cabin bag is damaged. There is broken plastic element blocking the lock. The damage happened during normal use of the case. Is such a fracture of plastic element covered by lifetime guarantee? If not where can I buy such lock. Kind regards Natan

Poor Customer Service

Do not buy this product because number one, they charge different amounts online versus a retail store. Nothing but a huge hassle when trying to return a product. Only a threat of a credit card dispute woke them up. There are many other quality lines out there and it's foolish to consider this brand. I hope the whole LVHM corporate culture is not like this.
