warranty replacement tracking handle
- - Band saw tracking handle arrived broken.
- - Lee Valley ordered a warranty replacement.
- - Rikon said it would ship directly; an email was sent Jan 16, 2023.
Band Saw tracking handle was broken on arrival. Lee Valley ordered a new one under warranty .
Rikon sent lee valley an email saying they would send me one directly to me .Email was sent on Jan.16/23.Have not seen anything yet. how would you ship it..Please advise
