- - Nice at first, they charged me and hid issues.
- - The filter leaked; it was brokered and siliconed back together.
- - I paid $300 to fix it; avoid using them.
They were all nice at first till they get your money. Don't fall for the "I've never had a complaint line".
They broke my filter then siliconed it back together and didn't tell me. When they left I noticed it leaking they said it was a noramco filter it's cheap and that's to be expected. It was leaking so bad I had to call someone else in. We'll well when he took it apart he found that it had been brokered and siliconed back together.
When I phoned Ricky he said how do I know you didn't break it?.... Really I didn't even no how to take it apart.
Anyway I had to pay an additional $300.00 to fix it. Pls pls do not use them there sneaky ......if I can save someone out there from being scammed by them my job is done....

I have used riken construction in west greenwich/ coventry area and have been totally satisfied and happy with their work..... He has installed my pools on two times due to relocating and on both times i have been happy ....
i have had a great price from him and he and his guys have been nothing but great with my home and family , of which i have an autistic non verbal little one that they were extremely careful of with every aspect of the job ... Thanks rik.
Im sorry that this customer feels this way about our company Riken Construction llc. Although we do every thing we can to fix any problems that may occur.
In this particular case she did call and say the filter was leaking when we went to her yard the next day and she already had someone there with the filter apart.
We do not touch other people's work as we can not guarantee the workman ship. We would also like to state that this particular pool was purchased from a company who is notorious for leaking filters.
