- - Returned 2/21; told I hadn't paid and was charged $91.71; I have a $169 cruise-port receipt.
On 2/14 I had a reservation with you to valet park. I went to the cruise port and went the valet.
I gave them my reservation # and they took my car. When we returned on 2/21 I went to get my car and they said I didn't pay and I had to pay them $169. So apparently I went to the wrong lot. My name is Roger Wood and my Reservation # is 204**** and transaction# is 121474****14 the fee was $91.71.
I know it was my mistake but an honest mistake.
I was wondering if I could get refunded the $91.71. I do have the receipt from the cruise port valet for $169.00.

They never answer a phone call. If you have a problem you are on your own. Use at your own risk.

I have not previously had any problems with Rightway and have used them for years. I was trying to modify a reservation as our area got hit by two hurricanes.
Cruise ships were delayed and I think the company was overwhelmed. I finally reached cs by phone and my change was handled in minutes.
