I made a 2pm appt for my daughter who was very Ill through the night with vomiting, sore throat and severe headache. I show up for my appt time to be told there is a 2.5 hour wait even though I had a reservation.
I understand emergencies come yup but a courtesy call to let me know I can come later and not have my daughter sit in the waiting room vomiting for over 2 hours wouldve been nice.
