My advice to her.... Treat everyone with respect.

Say hello. Get to know your employees.

Say thank you. Most importantly, don't walk into an office and not even take the time to greet the team.

I am so glad that I don't work with those women. It's amazing that 3 of them still have their jobs.

The favoritism... The gossiping about others.......rudeness to the staff..... All sickening. Although I loved the site that I worked at, I hated dealing with them.

Karma will get all of them.

I would be mortified if my ex employees were posting messages like these..... Hope someone up top wakes up.

Although she is gone, and changes have been made, much more needs to be done. Discriminatory practices are still happening.

San Clemente: What makes you think it's just A.Deak that got the shaft from Martha? She made a lot of enemies, and it's fabulous that the company finally dumped her sorry butt. Not just for the employees but for the suppliers too....can't you hear them cheering?

The New company that bough them doesent know that they have not solved the problem by Installing Tracy Kettner and leanne oatman as co conspirators.... They dont inderstand that martha was literally the tip of the iceburg!
