AI Highlights
  • - Two watches restored by ROT Watches; Ryan fixed them.
  • - 1928 Hamilton fixed after others couldn't; Longines now works, and I’d recommend ROT Watches.

I had two watches restored with ROT Watches.

The first was a 1928 Hamilton that three watchmakers in my area could not fix. Ryan fixed it with no problem

The second was my dads 1960s Longines that , once again, no one in my area would touch.

It took a few trips back and forth but its on my wrist and working beautifully. Ryan kept at it until he got it running perfectly.

I would recommend this business anytime.

Customer Satisfaction is Nil at Right Time Watches

AI Highlights
  • - Spent $8,500 on a Ball watch that won't keep time.
  • - Independent assessment says it is a lemon needing a rebuild, and Right Time refused refund.

Customer satisfaction is not a primary concern at Right Time watches in Denver CO. I spent $8,500 for a Ball watch that has not kept time since I gave it to my husband for his very special 75th birthday a year ago.

His grandfather was a railroad engineer, and Ball watches were sacred in his family. In the first 6 months, the watch was back to Right Time and Switzerland for repair, and they had it more time than he did. An independent assessment of the watch reported the watch is a lemon and it needs a complete rebuild. The assessor recommended that Ball or RightTime should make good on it.

Right Time refuses to take it back or exchange it because now the watch is used.

Right Time made a supreme effort to get the watch to me in time for the birthday, but was adamant when we finally asked for a refund or exchange. I would never recommend this dealership, or Ball watches for that matter.

Loss:
$8500
Pros:
  • Willingness to sell and deliver
Cons:
  • No effort at customer satisfaction refusal to refund or exchange
Reason of review:
Damaged or defective

Preferred solution: Full refund
