Ridout Lumber Rogers, AR Carpet/Molding Install

I had a carpet replacement estimate completed with a smaller side molding job with it and after installing the carpet which has strands of fiber running down the transition areas (incorrect glue/fasten on boards) the contractor did not have the correct blade for his saw so they went back TWICE and could not get the correct one. After talking with the floor manager, we decided that they could go to a 4 hour job and come back and finish the molding in the late afternoon. Well-the guys were 30 minutes late w/o call so I called the office--manager states they are 15 minutes away--1 hour call manager no answer, call cell phone three times no answer, after three hours late left a not so nice message about cancelling the rest of the job due to lack of quality and utter disregard of one's personal time (mine for waiting half an afternoon) and property in which they messed up the bullnose and had to repaint it plus a worker threw a empty Coke bottle into my yard in which I had to clean.
