Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After reaching out to customer service they did give me my refund.
Ridge depot did refund my money, however they never marked it out of stock and if I hadn't reached out I still wouldn't have my blanket or my money back.Ordered the same thing from amazon for $40 cheaper and it arrived in 2 days.
They claimed they issued a refund.I guess I'll believe it when I see it. Trash company. I also got the exact same product from Amazon for $40 cheaper. Get your stuff else where.
This company sucks.

- Green light blinks; white light won't come on at first.
- After unplugging, nothing works and I still like the lights but don't recommend them.
The first time I plugged it in to recharge everything the green light was blinking the white light wouldn't come on after a while then it would come on still charging and then when I uncharged it nothing would work I don't understand it I like them lights I like to switch them out they're brand new this point in time I do not recommend any body. I did show my friends what I got and they said it's really cool but I have not yet told them it doesn't work I would like to change them out and get a different kind there it would be deeply appreciated

ordered some rugby equipment and received a payment confirmation but never received an order processed or shipped confirmation. After 2 weeks contacted customer service and got an email not received error.
The check order status page never processed anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is not real
It's a scam website, they accept your payment and send you a confirmation email but never send tracking info or a product. I ordered a bag from them for $59.12 and never received anything.

I ordered a piece of outdoorsman equipment and was totally blown off. Never shipped item.
Looked online and others are saying same thing. RidgeDepot is scammers. They need to be investigated and taken down. They are criminals and belong in prison.
It's so much easier to be a *** in life than put on the effort of being an honest person, at least for some people. RidgeTop is scam.
I wish someone would find these dirtbags and do things to them that I can't write here. Like say getting medieval on their ads.stays
