Yes at our complex where we rent to people people are not picking up after there selves

yes our apartment complex where we live at are not picking up after our self i have to get out there in the rain and snow to pick it up and i have to pick up clothets that ben laying in my laundtry room im a manager a ridgecrest apt in arkadelhia ark 71923 tired of picking up after people thats as old as i am the one that owns the place here i will put the people out but i know they dont no where else to go i have a person that works for me now he can take photos of people now if i cant cath them he can he my undercover agent of my complex thanks mrdmev1
