Bought new 2020 can am spyder rt June 20. Saddle bags, both sides, were installed incorrectly and were noted before I left dealer and told they would be fixed under warranty... and I believed them, my first mistake. On my ride home, a fault code light came on, so once home, immediately called dealership and talked to sales rep. who was to call me back. Didn't happen. Called a second time , again sales manager would call me back, didn't happen. Long story short... I've taken my brand new $32,000 bike in for warranty repairs, 3 different times saddle bags, still not fixed, fault code light still on. They said, there was no fault light on, I asked did you let it run, because it resets its self when engine is turned off. Called again this morning to check on "progress"... Alberto, in service said he'd check and call me right back. That was well over an hour ago. All the calling and checking I have done, I've had 1, yes just 1 return call to me in 2 months! Yes, I am angry and loosing what little patience I once had. This was a major purchase for me! I need answers, not the runaround I've been getting.
User's recommendation: Look for a different dealership if you buy a cam am a d want service after the sale.
