Trailer needed service and trolling motor warranty service from where dealer mounted. Clay and James also stated they would wash the boat after I offered to do it myself.
Go to pick up boat nothing is done to trolling motor. Have to pay an outside source 500$ to clean boat and my trailer bunks are not even touched. I go to take the boat out and the trolling motor plug almost catches on fire with my kids on the boat.
This will be the third time they have had to change wiring they have done or a plug issues. As well I fixed my own trailer and now they have to have the boat back because they did not reset anything after the 100 hour service.
They have caused interior gel coat issues due to not having any covering on floor or sides of boat while using tools and causing multiple issues with boat.
All this dealer cares about is what your spending money on and nothing about what they said they would do.
To add to this I have been waiting since September for the dealer to approve gel coat work as well and had to go and take my own time to get multiple estimates for this dealer. Still nothing done.
I have given this dealer multiple chances to stand by their word and make it right which it seems they will never do.
IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE 0 I WOULD USE IT. INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SALES IS GREAT SINCE THEY WANT YOU TO BUY. ONCE YOUR OUT THE DOOR WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU BETTER HOPE YOU DON'T NEED SERVIC

NO COMMUNICATION AND WILL DO WORK ON YOUR MACHINE WITHOUT CONSENT. NO TIME TO WRITE ENTIRE COMPLAINT AFTER SPENDING 40 MINUTES ON HOLD

Bought new 2020 can am spyder rt June 20. Saddle bags, both sides, were installed incorrectly and were noted before I left dealer and told they would be fixed under warranty...
and I believed them, my first mistake. On my ride home, a fault code light came on, so once home, immediately called dealership and talked to sales rep. who was to call me back. Didn't happen.
Called a second time , again sales manager would call me back, didn't happen. Long story short... I've taken my brand new $32,000 bike in for warranty repairs, 3 different times saddle bags, still not fixed, fault code light still on. They said, there was no fault light on, I asked did you let it run, because it resets its self when engine is turned off.
Called again this morning to check on "progress"... Alberto, in service said he'd check and call me right back. That was well over an hour ago. All the calling and checking I have done, I've had 1, yes just 1 return call to me in 2 months!
Yes, I am angry and loosing what little patience I once had.
This was a major purchase for me! I need answers, not the runaround I've been getting.

I set an appointment for my can am spider for Thursday because of a my thought that the rear tire was wobbling witch I didn't felt nothing ridding it anyway but took it in anyway Saturday came and decided to call the service manager criss told me they didn't had time to checked it because the mechanic that suppose to check the bike had a accident prior to Thursday witch I find a stupid excuse but I let it slide monday came and cross call and said the bike was tampered and the weight from the tires were of witch surprise me because the bike is in the garage and only got around 5000 miles regardless that I know he was defently feeding me more *** I told go ahead and fix the problem Wednesday came and I send one of my employees to check on the bike at 430 my guy call me and said that the same guy criss told him that he was waiting for my approval i had to send my brother in law due to I'm out of town to go see was going on and talk to him then he put me on the and when I told him about I didn't understood why he assigned my bike to a guy that had a accident told me he never told me that another lie 308 dollar later for wheel weight and lie after lies witch is sad due I been dealing with the for a while so beware before taking ur bike take video and pic before leaving it and if possible avoid him he definitely makes his money on the lies he sale
