Original review updated Feb 09, 2022

I ordered an electric bike (model: VeeGo 750) from ridescoozy.com on August 19, 2021, the bike arrived on September 2, 2021. One day in December 2021, while riding the bike, I was caught in the rain, I reported to the company that water seemed to have seeped into the odometer aka LCD.

They told me to use a hair dryer to dry it, after trying that out a few times, a week or so later, the odometer looked normal again but throughout the entire time, my odometer and bike continued to work like I got it the first day. But on Dec 17, the odometer showed the exact same number of miles I rode that day, which was 7.5 miles, picture attached. More importantly, unless the odometer is of very low quality or faulty, why should a little rain damage or get into it? If rain could easily damage or get into their odometers, they should have a clear warning on their website before selling their bikes to states in the Pacific Northwest.

None, there was NO warning whatsoever. Once again, my bike and odometer continue to work today, it is NOT damaged but it's far from normal since it no longer shows the actual miles I have put on my bike. I depend on my bike to make a living, so asking me to send my odometer back to them to examine is asking me to forgo hundreds of dollars or more in lost income. Are they going to compensate me for my lost income?

This company should STOP gaslighting their customers.

My odometer is NOT damaged but it's far from ok too since it no longer shows the actual miles I have put on my bike! The least this company could do is to replace their odometer with a brand new one at no cost since I bought this over $2,000 bike from them brand new.
