Hello, I hope you're having a remarkable afternoon! I'm not here to report a problem, but rather the opposite.
I'm writing in praise of one of Ricky Rockets' employees -- Lizzy from the store's Norridge location -- and hoping it can be shared on this platform or if you can possibly pass this message to her.
Sunday -- or more specifically midnight morning Monday -- I entered the gas station in need of support.
It was an emergency and I wasn't expecting anything to come out of the encounter, especially when almost all surrounding stores were closed. However, Lizzy was very kind and offered the store's (public) services without questioning.
I mean, maybe this is just a part of what the store is supposed to do, but still, as someone who was very much in need at the moment, this meant a lot to me.
As such, I'm hoping this platform can pass the message along to Lizzy or just let other customers see that acts of kindness, small or not, go a long way. (I don't have her last name nor contact info though.) I'm not expecting a response, although it would be nice to know if either you or her received this message.

I am a ricky rockets costumer
We are trucking company and we get diesel weekly , the manager was targeting me for not paying him parking money so he called a tow truck and towed my truck without callingme. he know my number and he called me before , tow bill cost me $1400 he probably got a piece from the towing company , i will never buy diesel from you and you need to investigate this corrupted manger who s harassing truckers for parking money .

The manager needs to be more courteous with the customers that's playing the slot machines I lost my whole life in the machines but I'm not complaining mismanager calling the cops on the customers to get them arrested for no reason I believe it hurts her if she sees someone drinking more than one cup of coffee or get an extra donut because they lost their whole life savings to keep Ricky rockets happy she bullies her employees she need to be trained properly how to speak to human beings

Damaged my property
Ricky Rockets Fuel Center in Midlothian, IL is a large gas station with a car wash attached. I was a frequent customer at this car wash since it was very convenient and aesthetically pleasing.
On June 6th 2020, I decided to go to this location to get my car washed. I paid for gas at the pump and selected the car-wash option. The experience was normal and I did not feel like anything out of the ordinary occurred. When I pulled out of the car wash and drove to my destination I noticed the large scratch across the body of my vehicle (2014 Cadillac SRX).
I immediately called the gas station and told them about the incident. They told me to come in and fill out a claim form. I got to the gas station in less than 20 minutes after making the call. A guy came out and started to take pictures of the damage to my vehicle.
I then filled out a form with my information on it. I was told that someone would contact me on Monday. I waited until Sunday June 14th to go back to the gas station since no one contacted me about the incident. They told me that I needed to speak to the manager (Frank), and he wouldn't be available until Monday.
I was furious so I went back to my car and wrote a bad review of the business on Google. An hour after I wrote the bad review. I got a call from Andy. I'm not sure who Andy is, but he told me that he reviewed my claim and that their car wash didn't cause the damage to my car.
I told him that my car did not have this scratch until after I came from their car wash. He argued with me and told me that I can take it to court but they are not liable for the damage.
He also said that their spinning brushes wouldn't cause that type of damage to my car. Their car wash has more than spinning brushes inside of it and I believe that one of the features in their wash scraped against my car and caused the large unsightly scratch
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
