Horrible, tacky, cheap!
Buyers beware!!! This store is a complete scam--I ordered a dress for my bachelorette party and was instantly disappointed upon receiving it. The fabric is low-quality, cheap, and tacky. The dress looked nothing like it did online, and it was $80! And of course, per store policy, they only refund you with in-store credit. Why on earth would I want to order anything else from your store when the dresses look nothing like they do online? Now I am running around trying to find a dress for my bachelorette party... How unfortunate that you cannot even rely on nice quality clothing from online stores that appear legitimate. I will never order from this store again.

Purchased a dress that did not fit. Insane return policy. Would never purchase anything from them again. They refused to refund my money and would only accept an exchange. Did that and it still did not fit. The sizing was totally off. I wrote a nasty review on facebook that they managed to remove within minutes of posting. Would advise anyone considering them to read the reviews first. I have never seen customer service this poor. They have zero regard for the customer. I am very surprised they are still in business. I recently received an e-mail from them asking me to review my recent purchase. I would never purchase from them again

Other stores carry the same items for half the price
I purchased a few dresses from Rickety Rack before I realized that this store was charging double for what other boutiques charge way less and in some cases they charge more than double for the same exact piece. They also charge for shipping where this one boutique sells the same dress for half the price, free priority shipping and superior customer service with personalized beautiful packaging. Do your research before giving away your money to this company! This company clearly doesn't care for the customer rather for the customer's money. They do a good job at marketing themselves, but that is it- just marketing!

Ricketyrack.com misrepresented goods, refuses to return money.
My 14 year old daughter ordered a $100 homecoming dress from ricketyrack.com. It arrived and the skirt is completely see through. It is also quite a few inches shorter than the "above the knee" length the online chat person told her it would be when counseling her to buy the dress. None of these things are crimes, the online clothing purchase experience is often one of trial and error. What sets ricketyrack.com apart is their policy of not refunding money, only issuing store credit. I must admit, I never thought to look to see whether they refunded money because I buy online ALL THE TIME, I mean ALL THE TIME, and I have NEVER found anyone who refuses to pry their fingers off your cash once they have it. What sets ricketyrack.com further apart is their total lack of concern for their customer's satisfaction, capped by the advice they gave me, in lieu of caring *one tiny bit* how they had failed us: "always read the fine print." Thank you, ricketyrack girl for warning me, belatedly, to look out for people like you.

That's because Rickety Rack can be called Santee Alley Rack. All inventory comes from downtown L.A.
clothing district. Buy for cheap, put online, sell for more. This "Online Store" is nothing but a drop ship company with offices in Beverly Hills. If you look at their address on google maps, it's not even a store front!
It's an apartment complex they are running the business out of!
Beware, I and others have had the same experience with these swindlers. Probably foreigners from outside soil no doubt!
