the general manager called and apologized. he said it would be used as a learning experience for his company.

jason mathews called the next day and said the deposit that week. i received a check for the deposit not one word of apology, no note, nothing after my going through untold telephone calls and e-mails. I contacted Chevrolet, Rick Hendricks corporate offices, and other sites.

This should not have happened. I ordered a 2020 Corvette at another dealer.

I put a $500 refundable deposit on a 2020 corvette. I cancelled the order three weeks ago and was told that i would be credited within 48 hours. it has been three weeks. I have called and left a dozen messages and Jason Mathews will not return my messages. He is the sales manager in Naples. I cannot afford to lose $500 under any circumstances but right now i believe this is fraud.I can't even get past the operator to talk to the business office.My salesman is not able to help either.

Failure to consumate sale

After 16 calls in an attempt to complete a sale with the Naples store a deal fell apart for no reason. Sales person Amy pleasant. Manager Grant did not accept calls per agents request; minimum 4 attempts 2 with VM messages. Dealership would not send me a contract to sign or take a deposit yet asked if I could consummate the sale IN FULL....39K with a credit card! I offered a deposit at least 4 times. Price was agreed to. Process started 2-27-19 early PM and went through 2-28-10 again early PM. General manager actually asked if I could come in that night! From RI! I asked why they would not sign the deal and take a substantial deposit and allow me to come in Saturday the 1st 12 hours after I was to arrive in Fla. Most bizarre non sale I have ever been part of. Way too many specifics to type. I was shocked!!!

Blatantly lied in order to make the sale.

Leased a 2015 Chevy Volt from JIM BROWNE CHEVROLET in Tampa one year ago. They lease it to me as new with 3000 dealer miles on it. I was reassured at the time of closing the transaction was reflected as a new car and all warranties and service plans would start on that day. Well here I am a year later I took the volt to my local dealer Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples for the first service and they looked it up and the 2 year service program was expired. We have been mislead and intend. I have called Jim Browne sales manager "Noah" over 6 times and he will not return my phone call. This dealership blatantly lied to us in order to make the sale.
